Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Down & Out Press. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround is 10 business days from artwork approval and payment.

  • Rush services may be available for an additional fee – contact us to discuss deadlines.

  • We reserve the right to reject any artwork or order that contains offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

2. Artwork

  • Final artwork must be approved by the customer before printing.

  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork, including typos, or sizing issues.

  • If you require design assistance, we can provide this at an additional cost.

3. Payment

  • A full payment is required to begin production.

  • Orders will not be released/shipped until full payment has been received.

4. Garment Supply

  • We prefer to supply garments, but we can print on customer-supplied stock (at your own risk).

  • We are not responsible for print errors or damages on customer-supplied garments unless agreed otherwise.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after production has begun are non-refundable.

  • If no printing has started, cancellation may be possible – please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Returns

  • See our Returns Policy. We do not accept returns or refunds for custom items unless faulty.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss of profits, business, or reputation due to delays, errors, or damaged goods.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.

8. Copyright

  • You confirm that you have the rights to use any artwork submitted. We accept no responsibility for copyright infringement.

9. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Your details will never be shared or sold. We only use your data to process and deliver your orders.
