Refund policy
At Down & Out Press, every order is hand-printed with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with a print error, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the fault
We will assess the issue and either reprint or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Custom-printed garments where the correct designs were printed

Sizing issues (please consult our size guide before ordering)

General wear and tear after use or washing
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we’ve inspected the issue, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.
